Italianate renovation/addition where existing rear of the house was removed for a complete rebuild.  The addition added a larger modern kitchen to the home with exceptional light, and a rear deck off the kitchen.

The entry way of the house had been previously modified when converted to up and downstairs apartments.  We removed these modifications and restored the front entry and stair to approximate the original look of the space. We replaced the staircase, restored the original handrail, and constructed a custom upper guard rail storage cabinet.
